How soon can I receive my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 10am PST will be shipped out
our office the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped out of the office the following
day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped Monday morning. West Coast 1-2 days, Mid
West 2-3 days, East Coast 2-4 days. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by USPS Airmail and
should arrive within 4 - 10 days. Orders shipped to APO/FPO are shipped by USPS Priority mail
and should arrive within 2-14 days depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are only $8.95 per order.
I would like to use my own image, how do I do that?
For no additional fee you can upload your own image to be included on the Teddy t-shirt. It's
a great way to add personalization to your package.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
As long as your package has not been shipped you are welcome to either change or cancel your order. Just
send us an email and we will take care of it right away
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock we will try to contact you right away. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will
substitute your friend with either the same style or larger friend. Your satisfaction is important to us so we will
do everything possible to make sure that you receive what you ordered and delivered on a timely basis.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not happy with your product we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund. We want you to be happy
with your purchase - as we know you will be! Just return the merchandise within 30 days to us at P.O. Box 314,
Fair Oaks, CA 95628 and we will either exchange it or offer a refund at your request.
Can I place on order online?
Absolutely! Our website offers different styles of friends, clip art (or use your own image), and additional gift
options to be added upon checkout. We make gift personalization fun and easy!
How are hospital shipments handled?
Due to the large number of undeliverable or lost packages to
hospitals we will no longer be refunding any money due to a lost or undeliverable
shipment. If you have a friend or loved one that lives nearby please provide their
shipping address to have the package personally delivered to the patient.
